Let’s take a look at the first step of our discover-rate-feature rationale, namely, discovering brands. There are several approaches we use to discover sustainable brands, namely desk research, social media, blogs, certifications, in-store shopping and word of mouth. Once we’ve selected a specific brand, we perform initial screenings to check whether the values of this brand align with ours. We are constantly looking out for new gems and maintain a long list of brands we want to take up.
